Welltower acquired the former headquarters of the Dana Corporation in Toledo sited on 166 acres of mature landscape and gently rolling terrain. The original 1970’s era structure has been transformed into a modern state of the art facility designed to embody the goals of the Corporation by creating a comfortable workplace conducive to creative thinking and collaboration.
