The Docks at International Park

Working with the City of Toledo’s Department of Natural Resources, Duket Architects was part of a team to develop a master plan for a piece of property owned by the City on the east side of the Maumee River. The site contained a small area known as “International Park” and a large metal building that was used by the City’s Streets Department for offices and storage and a local rowing club. A master plan was developed that provided a volleyball complex, expansion of the park and conversion of the storage building into a six-restaurant complex known as “The Docks”. Parking areas were also designed.
