Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza

One of the last major railway terminals constructed in the United States in 1950, the building fell into disrepair as a result of the decline in the rail passenger business. The restoration and redevelopment of Central Union Plaza required substantial exterior, interior, and site improvements.
