The first phase of this project involved investigation and documentation of the existing condition of the Lucas County Courthouse façade and grounds with recommendations and estimates prepared for required preservation and restoration. Specific areas included deteriorated stone work, site drainage, and lighting. Preliminary recommendations and estimates have been provided anticipating the completion of final construction and bidding documents required to complete the work.
